1 Your Right to Erasure

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and our Privacy Policy, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems. This request will delete:

Your account and login credentials
Your business profile, products, and gallery
Your contact information and GST/PAN details
Your message history and enquiries on the platform

2 What We Retain (Legal Obligation)

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request where required by Indian law:

Transaction records and invoices for a minimum of 7 years (GST/Income Tax Act requirements)
Records of complaints or legal disputes if a matter is under active investigation
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you

This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions will be cancelled without a refund for the remaining period.
