2. Business Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your business profile. Misleading or false information is prohibited and may result in removal.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not list businesses involved in illegal activities, adult content, counterfeit goods, or any content that violates Indian law.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, images, descriptions). By uploading, you grant us a licence to display it on our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

VyaparSamiti is a marketplace platform. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and are not liable for disputes, non-delivery, or product quality.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing or account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
