VyaparSamiti is currently a free platform. Basic business listings are available at no charge. Paid subscription plans (Gold & Premium) are being rolled out — refund terms for those are detailed below.
1 Free Plan
The Basic (Free) listing on VyaparSamiti involves no fees. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund is applicable for free plan usage.
2 Paid Subscription Plans
When paid subscription plans (Gold ₹1,999/month and Premium ₹4,999/month) are active, the following refund terms apply:
Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing month.
Annual Subscriptions (when available)
- Annual plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the plan features have not been used.
- After 7 days, no refund is available. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.
Exceptions — Eligible for Full Refund
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Platform downtime exceeding 72 continuous hours in a billing month
- Billing after a cancellation request that was confirmed by us
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 14 days of the disputed charge.
3 Buyer-Seller Transactions
VyaparSamiti is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers on our platform.
Refund and return policies for individual purchases are set entirely by the respective sellers. VyaparSamiti does not process, hold, or intermediate any payment made directly between a buyer and a seller.
If you have a dispute about a purchase, contact the seller directly using their listed contact information. VyaparSamiti does not mediate or arbitrate buyer-seller disputes.
4 How to Request a Refund
For eligible refund requests (platform subscription only), please contact us with:
- Your registered email address or mobile number
- The transaction ID or payment reference number
- The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
